In today’s fast-paced business environment, the demand for business leaders to establish and execute robust enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks is surging. These structures are essential not only for safeguarding an entity’s value but also for augmenting it. Boards of directors, audit committees, C-suite executives and risk management professionals seek innovative tools and methodologies to adeptly manage risks throughout the organization to sustain competitiveness. The ERM Initiative was launched in response to these needs, with the goal to equip leaders with the necessary resources to navigate and master enterprise risks.

Our mission is to be a national and international thought leader in enterprise risk management (ERM) and in the implementation of ERM in strategy development and corporate governance.

We pursue our purpose through our ERM Roundtable Series; online ERM Resources; graduate and undergraduate curricula; primary ERM research; responses to issues affecting public policy; and consulting and speaking opportunities.
