Join us for Day 3 of our three-part series Navigating the World of Uncertainties Impacting Non-Profit Organizations. You do not need to have attended Day 1 or Day 2 to join us for Day 3.

Day 3 will focus on opportunities to strengthen an organization's integration of risk insights as part of strategic planning and the development of new opportunities for the organization. Individuals leading risk management and strategic planning efforts at non-profit organizations will share their insights about managing the unfolding issues that continue to emerge during these uncertain times and how insights about risks can inform strategy setting.

Individuals leading risk management efforts at non-profit organizations and the executives to whom they report, including board members.


  1. Leverage insights from peer non-profit executives about how the integration of ERM and strategic planning provide valuable insights for strengthening the mission of the organization.
  2. Engage in discussions with other peers to exchange ideas about tactical approaches non-profit organizations can use to embed risk thinking as part of the organization's budgeting and strategic planning processes.

In order to receive the full 2.0 CPE credit per session, participants will be required to respond to at least 3 polling questions per CPE credit hour and participate in break-out discussions.
