Communicating Risk Information to Boards
Bruce Branson, Associate Director of the ERM Initiative at NC State University, interviews Lynne Peck, Vice President and General Auditor with Reynolds American, Inc. Lynne leads the company’s ERM process. They discuss techniques that Reynolds American employs to effectively communicate key risk information to the Board of Directors and specific board committees.
