In the latest edition of “The State of Risk Oversight” report, Poole College professors Mark Beasley and Bruce Branson, leaders of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Initiative, emphasize the need for executive leadership teams and boards to reignite their focus on robust risk management.
