Don Pagach, Director of Research for the ERM Initiative at NC State University, interviews Nick Lemen, recently promoted after serving as Senior Director of ERM at Eli Lily and Company, about techniques for overcoming some of the common pitfalls that might derail an effective ERM process. Nick highlights ideas for ensuring there is engagement and alignment among management and the board about the objectives of the ERM process and how that keeping people focused on the importance of how ERM provides important insights and fresh ideas for strategic leadership of the organizations.
