Bruce Branson, Associate Director of the ERM Initiative at NC State University, interviews Bailey Jordan, Partner with Grant Thornton, LLP. Bailey leads the firm’s Governance, Risk and Compliance practice in the southeast region. They discuss challenges typically encountered in an ERM implementation effort. Bailey identifies several implementation hurdles as well as key success factors he has observed in helping ERM get up and running in organizations. Bailey also provides his insight into how ERM can provide real strategic benefit to organizations truly engaged in an ERM process.
